Operation of the G2C is straightforward, thanks to a striker-fire, double-action trigger system that includes restrike capability. A manual, external safety is located conveniently above the thumb for quick manipulation in stressful conditions. Integrated into the G2C frame is a Mil-STD 1913 Picatinny rail to accept an accessory light or a laser.
