The classic American-style rimfire rifle, the 457 has a 24.8″ barrel with no sights and is meant to be topped with a scope. Its Turkish walnut stock has a high, flat comb and a classic checkering pattern. Like all of our 457’s, it has an 11mm dovetail milled into the top of its receiver for attaching scope ring/mounts. In addition to the receiver-mounted, push-to-fire safety, we chopped almost an inch of length from the action and slab-sided it to reduce its footprint and weight. The 455 and the same reliable polymer magazine system, the 457 is without a doubt the best rimfire platform weve ever fielded.

This is the Colt Government Tribute, a replica of the iconic Colt M1911A1 made under license from Colt by Walther. In fact, it is the only fully-licensed replica of the M1911A1. The upgraded American walnut is trimmed with an ebony forend and grip cap and the bolt is jewelled. With a deep glossy blue finish to the metal and an oil finish to the wood, we felt this was a fitting farewell to a fan favorite.
