All models feature a blued metal finish and durable black synthetic stock and forearm. All models feature dual extractors and twin action slide bars for positive, non-binding extraction and ejection. The Ruger PC Carbine is a take-down pistol-caliber carbine chambered in 9mm. (This rifle is very similar to a Ruger 10/22 takedown, both in operation and disassembly.)
