The bolt-action American rifle is the latest engineering innovationfrom Ruger, America's leading firearms manufacturer. The Ruger PC Carbine is a take-down rifle chambered in 9mm. It comes standard with innovative features such as a custom "dead blow" tungsten weight which shortens bolt travel and simultaneously reduces both felt recoil and muzzle rise.
