The bolt-action American rifle is the latest engineering innovationfrom Ruger, America's leading firearms manufacturer. The AmericanRifle features an integral bedding block system, the Ruger MarksmanAdjustable trigger, (adjustable between 3 and 5 pounds), and anergonomic, lightweight stock designed for quick and easy handling. The receiver is drilled and tapped, and scope bases and sling swivelstuds are included. This rifle is chambered in 30-06 SPG, andfeatures a 22-inch 1:10 barrel.
The FX-9 pistol has a familiar set of operating controls for the avid AR-15 user, it accepts AR-15 stocks / braces and buffer tube assemblies,as well as most free float AR-15 rail assemblies. The FX-9 comes standard with a 33 rd double stack Glock style 9mm magazine. When we designed the FX-9 our goals were Reliability, Affordability, and familiar controls for the user. The FX-9 is machined from billet material, anodized type III aluminum components . Steel components are full hard nitride and nickle boron nitrided including the barrel, bolt, ejector, last round hold open, feed ramp and extractor for extended wear properties and corrosion resistance. The American series from Ruger consists of bolt-action rifles chambered from 22LR rimfire up to large centerfire rifles such as the 30-06 SPG, and were designed to be an innovative yet affordable rifle platform with models suitable for all North American game. This particular example, chambered in 22LR, features interchangeable stock modules that provide comb height options for both scope or iron sight use. The lightweight black composite stock has sling swivel studs and a 13.75" length of pull. The Marksman adjustable trigger offers a user adjustable pull weight, between 3 and 5 pounds. The free-floated hammer-forged barrel has a target-crown, ultra-precise rifling to provide exceptional accuracy, longevity and easy cleaning, and a satin blued finish. It also features a 10/22-style extended magazine release, a fiber optic front sight, an adjustable V slot folding rear sight, and a 3/8" rimfire scope base machined into the receiver, which is also drilled and tapped for Weaver #12 bases (not included).
