The American series from Ruger consists of bolt-action rifles
chambered from 22LR rimfire up to large centerfire rifles such as the
30-06 SPG, and were designed to be an innovative yet affordable rifle
platform with models suitable for all North American game. This
particular example, chambered in 22LR, features interchangeable stock
modules that provide comb height options for both scope or iron sight
use. The lightweight black composite stock has sling swivel studs and
a 13.75″ length of pull. The Marksman adjustable trigger offers
a user adjustable pull weight, between 3 and 5 pounds. The
free-floated hammer-forged barrel has a target-crown, ultra-precise
rifling to provide exceptional accuracy, longevity and easy cleaning,
and a satin blued finish. It also features a 10/22-style extended
magazine release, a fiber optic front sight, an adjustable V slot
folding rear sight, and a 3/8″ rimfire scope base machined into
the receiver, which is also drilled and tapped for Weaver #12 bases
(not included).

The SR40c® is the compact version of the recoil reducing, striker-fired SR40® pistol, one of the slimmest and most ergonomic full-sized .40 caliber pistols on the market today. The Ruger AR-556 Pistol features a lower receiver that is fitted with an adjustable pistol stabilizing brace to aid in accuracy, balance and recoil management, the slim 9" handguard is free-floating for accuracy and provides enhanced ergonomics and support. Magpul M-LOK accessory attachment slots along the 3:00, 6:00 and 9:00 positions. Made from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum forging, the flattop upper receiver includes a forward assist, dust cover and brass deflector. The bolt is machined from 9310 alloy steel and is shot peened and pressure (proof) tested to ensure strength, structural integrity and durability. The twist rate stabilizes bullets from 35 to 77 grains and the 5.56 NATO chamber allows the use of both 5.56 NATO and .223 Rem. ammunition. M4 feed ramps provide improved reliability and the matte black oxide finish reduces glare and provides corrosion resistance. A matte black oxide finish on the exterior of the bolt carrier provides corrosion resistance. A Ruger flash suppressor is provided, and the threaded barrel allows for standard muzzle accessories to be installed. Includes a 30rd Magpul PMAG.
