The Ruger PC Carbine is a take-down rifle chambered in 9mm. Details The Ruger LCP was introduced at the 2008 SHOT show and immediately made a name for itself in the concealed carry world. Several improvements later, (i.e. improved trigger), it re-emerged as the LCP II, a model which remains a forerunner in the personal defense market.
